Luisa's Swedish Bakery Market - Harbert

We drive from Indiana and absolutely love this bakery! It doesn't get much better than this!

I waited 45 minutes for lunch at Luisa's, from ordering to delivery. The indoor seating is very limited, and there's only one chef working. The food was just average and not worth the long wait. Additionally, the pastry line was quite long, even though it was a Saturday at 11:00 AM during the off season.

Spectacular, and will worth the wait! I stopped by on a busy Saturday morning, but the vibe was still lovely and relaxed.

I'm aware that my visit took place during a holiday weekend, resulting in a slightly more hectic atmosphere than I usually like; however, the service and food were outstanding and absolutely worth the wait. The ham and Swiss croissant I ordered was delightful, and the coffee I had was unique and exceptionally tasty. If you're in search of a local bakery to try, I highly recommend giving this place a visit.

Everything was delicious. It's not cheap but it was worth it.
