Poor produce even poorer employees, they only take care of the ride thru.
The coffee was good, but it was pretty much the only menu item they had for 3 days in a row
Poor customer service and an Abundance of incorrect orders, low stock in menu items, etc. for example tonight I ordered a DD coffee that is way too sweet for a DD and I was charged for a muffin I did not receive. I suggest going to the bigger Tim’s near the hospital as this location is prone to mistakes and poor customer service. And I state poor customer service due to The lack of professionalism a staff member Exhibited towards me, in raising his voice to me because I simply walked into the location while it was closed to the public(The door was unlocked, and there were no signs stating that the store was closed, also during normal business hours), that’s pretty much it, thanks anyone who takes the time to read this.
The food is good, the staff are a bit slow unfortunately. When ordering from the Tim Hortons App, you could wait 20 minutes before going and they will ask you to wait out front, not having anything from your order ready. The whole point of me ordering from the app is to have my order ready when I get there so I can quickly grab it and go, not to wait 10 minutes while there's not a single person behind me or seeing 15 people pass by through the drive though when my order should not be taking that long. The valley Tim's has a much better track record for it and it's only once I've ever had to park in front of that one to get a mobile order. I do not recommend the upper town Tim's until they improve their timing and actually have the food you order ready in a timely mannor.
