Pho Huy - Happy Valley

The service here is incredibly friendly and quick! We were welcomed as soon as we entered, and water was brought to our table right away. The Thai ice cream coffee and Vietnamese coffee were tasty, but the food truly stole the show! Everything from the crispy spring rolls to the pho was amazing. The sticky rice was cooked to perfection as well! I was really impressed by how quickly they prepared our meals. I can’t wait to return and try the bubble tea! Five stars!

I frequently visit this restaurant with my grandfather, and it’s definitely my favorite place to eat. The staff is incredibly friendly, and she always remembers us and our favorite dishes. This is great for me since I tend to be indecisive; she makes recommendations for both of us every time we visit. It adds an element of fun because I end up trying something new each time. So far, I’ve stuck with the coconut bubble tea, and I absolutely love it!

The menu hasn't changed in years, but this place remains my go-to spot, especially on a snow day. The owner shared her dedication to the family restaurant with me, which makes it even more special. This alone makes it a hidden gem worth visiting.

Great food, good service. They come here for the better part of two years and Pho Huy is such a reliable and fun place to eat. The owners and family who run it are amazingly friendly, and make a great Pho. Recommend it to everyone in the Clackamas area!

I love this place! I've been coming here for years. I love how local it is. The staff is always very kind and treats me well. The owner always remembers me too. The food is great and they have a good variety to pick from, there is something for everyone. Any time I've taken someone here for the first time they love it too!
