Grilla Cheese - Happy Valley

Took 25 minutes to make a grilled cheese. Granted we showed up at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon when maybe 2 or 3 other people ordered food during that time while we were waiting. They had two staff members as well.

The sandwich I got was very good. A spin on the classic grilled cheese. Simple but just fancy enough to be interesting and delicious. I would like to try more before settling my rating here. Iits a starting point. I got the veggie Grilla sandwich andalthough the flavors and quality was very good, it was a little heavy on the pear, but I just pulled the bigger pieces out andthen it was perfect.

What an amazing sandwich! I had the burger smashed between two grilled cheese sandwiches and it was insane and so so good. It was so huge that my flatmate and I split it easily. Unbelievably delicious?the burger was smashed to perfect. The crispy laceskirting of the cooked edges was the best part. My service was top notch, too. So so friendly and helpful when I wasn?t surewhat to try. I will absolutely return.

It's been some years ago, but there was a solid decade when i did a lot of budget backpacking. i love sandwiches and sandwich-type foods. i've had outstanding banh mi from the top to the bottom of vietnam; unbelievable samosa in vientiane laos;cubanos autenticos in la habana; acaraje y abada em salvador, BR; empanadas and coxinhas in peru and bolivia; and even the besttacos i know of in PDX (cinco de mayo on 32nd/johnson creek), etc etc etc; but i need to say that the grilla pork sandwich i hada couple days ago at this place was definitely in the top 5 of all those. fantastic. thanks again, brother!

Burger was great! I prefer this place over five guys and killer burger in happy valley. Also a great food cart pod in general. I got #1 burger and it did not disappoint! Good fries too and quick service. 5-star good cart for sure!
