Kaligodam - Hāora

This place is one of those places which I wanted to visit days ago but able to do it recently. Amazing place. You can have some amazing time.

Its a nice sweet shop, spacious and hygienic environment. Serves fresh sweets, Kachori and samosas, a bit expensive but affordable for middle class people. Staffs are nice and well behaved. It was a nice experience.

Kaligodam sweet and snacks shop is a very old name in kolkata. Now from last approx two years they have new shop in Howrah. They serves morning snacks and sweets also. Food is mouth watering.

And it is justified! This place sells the most amazing Samosas in the whole of Kolkata. visit anytime after 9-9.30 am in the morning and it is out of stock! The jalebis and boondi are equally tempting. Do try for breakfast on a weekend!

This restaurant is well-liked among the Marwari community in Howrah. It is an offshoot of the original Kaligodam Sweet Shop in Kolkata. The Howrah location offers delicious sweets and decent snacks, with a pleasant interior.
