Ten-Der Pizza - Hanover

This was my first time ordering pizza from this restaurant. The girl who took my order was very friendly. However, when I went to pick up my pizza, a guy was behind the counter. He told me to put on my mask, even though he was not wearing one himself. He touched all the ingredients and cooked my pizza without a mask. When I tried the pizza, the crust was dry and tasteless, similar to cardboard. I will not be returning and do not recommend wasting your money here.

The owner was extremely rude and we will not be going back. The restaurant was dirty and they got both of our orders wrong.

The pizza at this restaurant was really good. We walked in, placed our order, and had to wait for it to be cooked, but it was fresh and hot when we took it to go. We would definitely recommend it!

As I’m in Hanover, ON on business I’m not having luck with any of the pizza places I’ve gone to. I went in to Ten-Der pizza. I asked if they had slices and the lady behind the counter told me they had 1 left. It was one of the smallest slices I’ve ever seen. It looked like it had been there for a few hours. I decided to take it anyway. She told me it was 3.00 but I can have a drink for .50 more. It sounded like a good deal so I took it. I went to pay with my debit and I was told there is a 5.00 minimum if I use my debit card. There was only one slice left and I didn’t want anything else. Again, I was told about the 5.00 debit card minimum. So, I had no choice but to leave. They have a advertisement outside of the restaurant that mentions the 3.50 deal. There is no mention of the deal being cash only. Why advertise this if you don’t accept all types of payment? That’s bad business and they will never have my business.

This pizza place has the best pizza in town. They are a family rest that has been in Hanover for many,many, years. It is home made pizza.
