Unfortunately when I first came here the drink I wanted was out of stock so a very nice girl asked me to order something else and then I chose another drink and I really liked it so thank you Starbucks for adding something new in my life
I ordered through drive through and asked for a moment for the order, and a staff started yelling and rude while taking my order.
I recently relocated to the area from MO, where my daughter is a manager at Starbucks. I often speak with her regarding the customer service I receive. I shared with her, on which she was very pleased, about a young man named Cowlyn. I just want to share that because of him, I visit the store on more than one occasion. He truly makes the Starbucks experience what it's meant to be. My drinks are not basic and he is able to mimic what I'm accustomed to receiving. Thanks again Cowlyn for making my experience at Starbucks great.
Very slow service for walk-ins and rude. Took 20min for a cup of coffee.
