It 's not very often I give reviews less than 4 stars, but this one is warranted. On the plus side, the food and drinks were very good and I loved the seasoning and crunch with the fries. When they say a fish is hot(spicy they 're not kidding! I was sweating half way through. I can 't fault them for that cause it IS what I ordered and it was very good. I now know not to get the pasta dish spicy but if that 's your thing then by all means go ahead (and I like spicy foods, this one was just a little too much for me .On the minus side, we hardly saw the wait staff for refills on the drinks and I have no clue why there was a service tax (18% on the bill. We just figured they automatically included the tip which makes no sense to me. Was the food good? Yes. Was it worth $25/person? Not by a long shot.Overall service was ok, food was good but overcharged, they includ an additional 18% on the bill. Not very good for business in my opinion.

Came in on a Thursday night. No one really was there eating three other people. The decor was ok. Music in the back ground was played by someone’s phone. We were greeted at the door and we sat at a table. I wanted to give this seafood place a try. We were taken to a table and the waitress brought us some chips on one very small salsa. The chips were so stale and hard as a rock. Told the waitress and she just took them didn’t offer anything else I was like OK. after looking at the nice looking menu with tons of pictures of seafood options, we gave our order to the waitress only to be told that they didn’t have half the seafood needed to make the cocktail that we requested and was told that there shipment had not come in. I was like really if you have it on the menu you should have it I was really disappointed. So they offered A basic cocktail with just shrimp and it was alright. We also ordered the ceviche and it was ok but way too much onions I had to pick them out. We also ordered one coke can and one modelo total $54.00 bucks! . I definitely won’t be back

New administration in this place. They kept the original menu and added a new touch. The restaurant is more more family oriented. Food taste was improved. Service is friendly and efficiency.Kid-friendliness: Offers kids menu

Best Mexican Restaurant in the Chicago land area. I highly recommend the langostinos and la carne asada. The mango margarita is the best. Amazing ambience in the weekend with music and beer.
