Subway - Hanover

Since Alma left, this place has really gone downhill. The customer service is terrible; it feels like you're bothering them when you try to place an order. The bread is always hard and no longer fresh. This is the third time I've experienced this, and now the roof of my mouth hurts from chewing their tough, stale bread. I really miss the previous management. Overall, I would recommend staying away.

The sub was just okay; there wasn't a full selection of veggies to choose from. I noticed that the meats were cross-contaminated with other types of meat, and the veggies were mixed in with other containers. The prices for the subs were also $1.50 higher than at nearby Subway locations. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back, as I expected better. On a positive note, the staff was helpful.

This location consistently takes their time when preparing your sub, and it feels like they add a little extra of everything. The employees are always friendly and welcoming, unlike some other places where I've noticed staff seem unhappy to see customers. That's just my personal experience.

I only ordered cookies and a drink...and found HAIR on one of my cookies. How does this happen?!!! Like why aren't their cookies pre-packaged any way. And how come they don't wear hair nets?? They barely speak any english, why is location in operation? I will not return to this location.

Closing team was absolutely the sweetest. Mixed up the one in the mall with this location when looking up hours so when I arrived at 8 they still took my order and was willing to pull everything back out for me and my friends even though they were technically closed. The store was very clean and well taken care of and they were still patient with us as we figured out what we wanted
