Jamba - Hanover

The customer service at this restaurant is poor, and the fruit was sour. I ordered a strawberry mango smoothie that was incredibly disappointing. I've had these smoothies from other places, and this one was the worst. When I requested a refund, it was denied with a dismissive attitude. The staff also refused to provide me with the manager's contact information. I will never come back to this place again.

The acai primo bowl was excellent and packed with vegetables. The customer service was friendly and welcoming.

Camilo provided outstanding service with a friendly smile! He was very patient when I had questions and efficiently helped me process my gift card. The drinks were delicious too!

Faster and friendly service and this delicious can only do jamba! that facilitated my pain that I had not consistent jamba in pittsburgh. I miss you arundel jamba!

The drink was good and fresh but the costumer service was bad. It was my first time ordering and the curly haired guy caught an attitude with me and ruined my day. I’m not usually one to write a bad review or say anything bad about a business in general but I definitely won’t come again. Thank you
