We are so excited to have a really good Chinese restaurant nearby! They have such a wide variety of dishes that we are going to keep trying. We love their scallion pancakes and their crystal shrimp steamed dumplings. Their dipping sauce is so simple and yet so elegant and delicious. They make an amazing lychee martini that we can't pass up on and you shouldn't, either. We've enjoyed each dish we've tried and plan on trying more. We've been back something like 4 times in 3 weeks! Ask for Felix to be your waiter. He's tops in our book.

First visit to Han Fusion and it was an all around excellent experience! Went for lunch around 12:30 on a Thursday, not too busy, very prompt service and our server was absolutely great.
