This was a very special occasion and it was perfect! Tracy Dickensheets was very helpful and the staff was amazing! Recommend this restaurant! Thank you.
Food was delicious, but overpriced for the portion size. (My plate was almost $30 and the main course was about the size of my fist. It was so good though, and I could have eaten twice that amount. The fish was cooked to perfection. We came when it was very busy and it took an hour and 30 minutes from sitting down to receive our plates. We were there for almost a total of 3 hours! Service was attentive but slow, understandably. The outdoor dining was very pleasant. The kitchen was wonderful and the chef was willing to work with a food intolerance (we were told they could fry fish with just the breading and egg wash and skip the dairy . The waitress checked with the kitchen to see if any of the dishes we were interested in contained dairy. Wonderful service. Best sangria!!
Beat City is always a great experience. The younger gentleman we had as our server was one of the best servers we've had last year. He was polite. He was way ahead of everything. Wasn't pushy, but actually cared how our meal and experience was. The food was great, once again. I recommend this over Red Lobster every single chance I get
Staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant is clean and organized. Appetizers were very good. The Seafood Nachos were excellent. Our main course meals were good. My daughter and I had the Thursday special, Captain Toddy's Seafood Combination that included Crab Legs. Crab legs were warm at best. I also don't care for unpeeled shrimp. Otherwise was good seafood. Everyone in our party was happy with their meal. The meals and drinks are on the expensive side.
