Viva la Vita - Hannover

Fantastic food in a delightful out of the way setting but convenient for the Messe. The chef Marco prepared beautiful, original and tasty dishes and Mariella was a charming hostess. We also had two excellent bottles of wine. One a Chianti Classico and the other was a wonderful rosso from Sicily. Fine dining at mid range prices. €60 each for 3 courses, 4 Prosecco aperativos, two bottles of wine, water, wonderful bread and a well deserved 15% tip. .

We have visited the restaurant with our family and ordered 4 different dishes. Among was Saltimbocca, a beef steak and pasta with fresh chanterelle. We finished with a selections of parfaits.All of us had been very pleased with the quality of the food, the atmosphere and the service. I appreciate the fact that there is always a special menu which offers seasonal selections with good creativity. The regular menu is broad enough to provide something for everyone. We will definitely return.
