Sultan Palace - Hannover

Good menu and service for a large business party. Pleasant relaxed atmosphere and ambiente. Staff were dressed for the part and took time to ask and ensure guests were satisfied with the meal and service.

Went with a group on a business trip and the Turks in our party suggested this location. We experienced great service and very good food.

I don't recommend this resturant at all, yesterday 16th of Jan went there for dinner and we were 4 persons the waiter suggested that he will order for us what he think is good for us without giving us the chance to look at the menu since it is only in German and turkish language only. So we take his advice and in the end when I asked for the invoice he give white paper with amount of €178.20. I gave him my credit card he told me that his machine is not working i told him if he wants his money then the only way to get it is with the machine after 15min he told me that he fix it and I should come with him to another room for the signal but I think he don't want other customers to know that the machine is working. the food was less than normal.

Went here with friends before the fireworks. Had the best Turkish food I've had for a long time. Delicious lamb chops and salad. The salad was fresh and crispy - unlike other places we visited in Germany (what is wrong with German salad ha?!). Brilliant surroundings as well with polite and courteous waiting staff.

Unless you would like to get hustled and treated as a tourist in a bazaar in Turkey by slimy (but well dressed) waiters, I would not recommend it to anyone.The service is using cheap bazaar tricks to make you feel like bringing the menu or the order is something special that they do for you. After that, they will on purpose misinterpret your order and bring you more than you asked for, or extra things. Of course nothing is for free and at the end they will ask you to pay. If you try to argue with them they will threaten with calling the police.I was there with a group of many people from different countries, for a special event, most of us not speaking turkish or german. It was very hot so we decided not to eat very much. We were the only customers inside in the whole place. We asked for 3 plates starters and 2 plates barbecue, thinking that each plate is thought to be for 2 persons (the price hinted at it). Then we asked if that would be enough for 8 people. The waiter, on purpose did not say that he will bring 4 plates starters and 8 plates barbecue. Instead he said: "I'll prepare it for 8 persons". I thought that the plates are each for 2 people, because it was the most expensive plate there, and he'll bring just 4. It was not the case, he charged us for 8 persons. Not to mention, the beer was watered down.When trying to argue with him, he threatened to call the police. I paid, because I did't want to make a scene in front of my guests, as this was a very special event.All in all, in the end the experience was terrible. They managed to ruin my whole day.The waiter also added with a lot of arrogance: "If you don't have money don't come here". Getting hustled and robbed by them was not the intended purpose of my visit.
