Today they have made one of best iced caramel macchiatos, EVER!” I have come here since the opening and they have only failed me once! who made my coffee, you are one of the best, but my fave is still manuel!

Did a mobile order and came inside to get it. Waited about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged and then another 5 for my drink.

Accidentally got some one else order but when I went back they replaced it no problem and we're very polite

The manager when i went today was extremely rude and messed up our order 3 times. When i went inside asking to fix our drink she was rude and said she had our drinks right here and didn't give us straws or anything. Couldn't even say sorry the employee was at least nice and apologize for her. Came here looking for a good experience but that wasn't the case. Grilled cheese was burnt but not the bread it was the cheese that was burnt but the drinks are alright.

Extremely horrible customer service, when ordering in drive-thru the lady helping us was super unfriendly and rude, asked for decaf and she got defensive when told that we've gotten the drink decaf before. Told her we don't want anything and drove away because of her attitude.
