We were in the country on the road, hexe was nice, will stay again. we wanted to have a few drinks in the tavern that is in the hotel, but the staff was rude so that we were landing at the mountaineer we were very well treated the staff was great and atmosphere was wonderful, we recommend this wonderful place.

I've already been driving into the mountaineer sports bar. from the first day to today, the feeling of being family was given to me and my family. we were greeted with love and amazing service. if they don't have anything we liked, they did everything they could to make our expression the best. I have become regular and feel that wanda, the bar owner, is like a mother for me. No matter what they are always willing to serve, great dj all 2 weeks on sat night, great eating, drinks are innocence and the friends they make it a lifetime

Cute place in town. the bar was super sassy. I loved it! very accommodating. I had the fried green beans that were good! nice balcony.

In addition to great atmosphere and friendly staff, the food is surprisingly good for a sports bar. It is always prepared fresh and the selection of beer and wine is extensive. I had a special salad with a grilled chicken breast on top. It was excellent, the vegetables fresh and the chicken was tender and perfectly done. My husband drinks only non-alcoholic beer, and they had that too. He loves their hamburgers. We highly recommend this place, especially for watching WVU football games.
