Kitzie's Of Spring Mills - Hancock

This is a bar/restaurant in Spring Mills, WV straight from Rt 11N. It was our first visit to this place and we were happy with the service we received. The food was well prepared and served in time. All the dishes tasted great and we enjoyed our visit. The only point I can mention is that although the fish was good, I was not a big fan of the bread season that was on it. I thought it was pretty hard/tough, but overall it was good. The facility was clean and well maintained and our waitress Heather did a great job. She was a waitress, bartender, telephone and greeting, as she could get up, I'm telling her to kiss!

Reviews looked good, so there was an attempt. Now that I know, reservations recommended. It fills and gets busy. Notwithstanding this, they sat pretty fast on a Friday night. I have the Chesapeake Haddock Special. Huge portion with crab meat. Very good and flakey. I have the crabs for an app. Many crabs and was great. Overall it was filled and worth the price. Service was great and everyone was nice. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.

Kitzies Spring Mills is great! The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere and the staff is friendly attentive. The menu has something for every taste buds. It is best to book as the restaurant is very popular. Miss Ruby makes the best crab cake ever. Full of lumps crab meat barely filler. So delicious. Stop by and give them a try

I always say never get a crab cake outside the state of Maryland. But I was wrong! Kitzie has a delicious crab cake without filler, just crab meat. It was right. I also have the cream of the crab soup that was very delicious. My first time here, but not my last!

The crab cake sandwich was delicious. The service was great, and our server (Morgan) was very friendly and professional.
