New Martha Washington Bakery

I had a great experience at the new Martha Washington Bakery. They offer authentic Polish desserts that I just had to try. The place is very clean, and the owner is quite dedicated. I picked up some delightful Polish desserts and cookies, which I plan to take back with me to Ohio when I visit Hamtramck, Michigan, on Monday.

I ordered Paczkis from them for Paczki Day, and they were quite good. The line was long, but it moved quickly. I tried the chocolate Bavarian cream, strawberry, guava, custard, and Boston cream flavors. I wasn’t a fan of the Bavarian cream, but everything else I tasted was delicious. I really enjoyed the custard, and the jelly was flavorful. Since it was my first time buying Paczkis, could you let me know if $17 for a dozen is a fair price? Next year, I plan to try a different place, but I wouldn’t mind going back here.

Excellent service, delicious treats and very reasonable prices. A huge piece of cake or brownie (more than enough to share between two people) is just $3,50. Cookies are $1.50 or $10 per pound

Absolutely delicious! It brings back memories of my childhood. This is the perfect spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. My favorite dessert is the cheesecake!
