Baskin-robbins - Hampton Bays

First of all there were only 10 choices for ice cream. What happen to 31 flavors? The ice tasted like freezer burn and my order was wrong!!

Horrible customer service they mixed up my order and when i asked what drinks do you have then “uh i don’t know”

Not fair that customers walking in have to wait almost 20 minutes to just put in an order and wait at 10 more minutes to get and order , because of online orders. (Especially in the morning when people are going to work). It's not the employees fault, you need a better system.

Coffee always tastes burnt and sour at this particular location. Kind of gross. Seems to be consistently bad every time I go. Friendly and fast service, but terrible coffee/espresso at this location.

Girls are cute and very friendly! They keep the place clean and the service is fast! 10 out of 10 keep up the good work!
