This spot is a MUST! Sunday brunch is a complete vibe and a great introduction to the full menu available during the week. EVERY item was delicious and uniquely prepared. The catfish and grits were the stars of the show for me-I highly recommend. But again, EVERY item was delightful! Very clean establishment with excellent hospitality. I enjoy the small, intimate space- come early for best service or call ahead to check capacity- well worth the wait, if required. Support Black Business!

The food here was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Best soul food I have ever tasted in virginia in a looonnngg time.. I am a woman who is serious about her food and really enjoyed my meal for here yesterday. The restaurant was clean and up to date. The only issue I had was the portions are small. Otherwise the food was served hot and the customer service was great. I really hope they stay open because most black own businesses close around here. I definitely will be back

Let me just say this was the best brunch ever! From the ambience to the food, everything was amazing! I?m not a grits person but I must say the shrimp and fish with grits exceeded my expectations. If you know me I ?? my hookah and guess what they have it and multiple flavors to choose from. I should have stopped at the Mimosa Tower lol. The staff/owner made us feel so welcomed. I will most definitely be back! We stayed in these peoples establishment for 5 hours ????! Money well spent! If you?re in the area please stop by, it?s worth the trip. ???????????????? Sidebar the Shrimp and the Cornbread Fritters was everything!!!

Amazing atmosphere. Food is definitely the highlight. I didn?t need a single salt or pepper shaker. I mean think Thanksgiving at your Grandmothers!!! I had my 9yr old with me, wouldn?t recommend it but not because it?s a bad place for children just that you?d rather dance to music and vibe with other adults ????????. Definitely will return. This place is a ???? ?? If you have a chance to get the greens DO IT!!

I thought the food was absolutely delicious. The shrimp was fresh and the seasoning was just right. The Mac and cheese and green beans was also absolutely delicious!!! I love an establishment where the food is flavorful and this place did not disappoint. The vibe is nice, the drinks are unique and taste great! I will be back.
