Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Hampton

This Dairy Queen is the worst. The management clearly doesn't care about customer feedback, and it seems like the responses they give are just for show. They claim they want to resolve issues, but it feels disingenuous. I went there and received my ice cream while it was already melting. Then they told me to wait five minutes for my food, but after 15 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. When I went inside to ask about it and requested that my ice cream be remade once my food was ready, they just stuck my melted ice cream in the back freezer. Who wants to eat cold soup? To make matters worse, I noticed that the milk was left out on the counter next to a bucket, the floor was filthy, and employees were on their phones while wearing gloves, using the same hand to handle money as they were preparing food. Overall, this place is unacceptable.

Ordered a heath blizzard and they argued me up and down that fudge don’t go into a heath blizzard when I know for sure it does I’ve been in the same boat on the other side of the counter and not only that the girl that was the cashier was moving like she’s on coke or some moving too fast for her own tasting !! Training here gots to be horrible TURN AROUND IF YOU COME HERE! Food: 1

I took my children out for ice cream, and we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was tidy, the staff was friendly and eager to help, and the ice cream itself was fantastic. We dined in, and I found the prices to be very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the sundaes! There was plenty of parking available, and it was all free.

As a DoorDash driver, I was required to go inside to pick up my order, despite the drive-thru being empty. I've been waiting for over 10 minutes while the employees seem more focused on cleaning rather than preparing my order. This is extremely frustrating! There’s a complete lack of urgency or concern for customers. Service: Takeout Meal type: Other.
