Match Factory - Hampton

We enjoyed a great meal there and our waitress was terrific! When we travel to Hampton again we will stop there again!

Called to put order in. Put on hold, forgot about me. Rude. Called back. Ordered. Came home. Wrong order and charged twice on debit card. Called back. Their answer..what do you want done, no apology or concern to accommodate. If this happened in a restaurant, they would be all over it with hospitality and service. Super crazy! Time to get new employee if you want repeat customer.

An excellent menu with plenty of choices and different kinds of options. Love how when ordering for in house or take out you can get food from either match factory or matchbox pizza.

I've eaten here two or three times.Every time I swore I would never go back.The salads we're disgusting and made from expired produce, and the waitress sent us on a guilt trip even though we didn't complain, we just didn't eat it.The chicken wings were medium-rare.They had no pizza dough.Terrible experience.

Friendly staff and good service.Food was delicious.
