Kfc Taco Bell - Hampstead

Terrible place. Extremely miniature portions that do not match displayed portions or equate what is paid for in any manner. This was consistent in all the 12 ordered tacos, not only one or two. The tacos ordered were to have chicken, lettuce, cheese,tomato, and sour cream and yet the tacos were somehow either only halfway or two thirds of the way filled. All sauces that wereordered were only filled half way as well. An absolute waste of money.

Why is this place still open? The service is awful. The food looks like it?s literally thrown together from across a room. For some reason they can?t understand what ?supreme? means. My taco supremes never have sour cream or tomatoes. My first job was aTaco Bell so I always try to give them a chance but this place is an absolute nightmare.

We visited the restaurant at 12pm on Sunday. The store had just opened at 11a. The restaurant did not look like it had been cleaned from the night prior. The trash cans were overflowing with trash, all the tables were dirty with dried food on the tables and trash on the floor. The front entrance door was full of greasy hand prints all over the glass. The lady at register constantly on her phone had plenty of time to clean up the restaurant. We stood in line and watched at the lady at the register take orders and the go handle food. No washing hands or gloves. To say the least we did not eat there and will never come back again. KFC/Taco bell you need to clean up your act. That was terrible!!

Ordered through DoorDash and this is the worst KFC I have ever have gotten food from. Ordered 8 pieces of chicken only got 4. Chicken was not fresh and really greasy. Ordered 8 chicken strips only got 7. They were dry and over cooked. All of the sides we ordered were only half full. The worst was the mashed potatoes. They looked like they must of ran low on them and added water to thin them out. After eating what we could of the chicken and trying the mashed potatoes half of my house was complaining of stomach aches. Will never order from here again. It’s a shame because there aren’t many fast food places in the area and this place is terrible.
