Domino's Pizza - Hampstead

Ordered pizza on the app. Was told it was ready. Went through the drive through and was not so greeted by very rude girl. She said to add a brownie was an additional 45 minutes….. to heat in microwave!!!! So we paid and parked. Went inside and questioned why the window was slammed on us and she said that’s how it closes, asked her to show and it did not slam. There were other people waiting in the same situation. When asked to cancel the order the manger said give him all ones! What kind of management runs this place. Another guy canceled his order and went straight to Pizza Hut with a very short pick up line. We went to burrito shak. Never was a fan of dominos to begin with…… and now definitely won’t be. This place is run by degenerates.

When I ordered at 610pm it said it would be delivered by 720pm. After nothing by 8:00pm I called the store and the Manager answered I asked what the status of my order was and he said between 45 minutes and an hour longer. I told him he has to be mistaken I order 2 hours ago. He replied yeah that 's just the way it is . Was completely dismissive and acted like being an hour and a half late was perfectly fine.

Every time we have gone through the drive thru we always end up sitting forever waiting for someone to get to us I believe the bell must not work but we watched multiple employees just standing on their phones with AirPods in when they should at least glance at the window if the bell doesn’t work we’ve had to honk every time very annoying.

I order from dominos frequently. I always use the website. The website was not working. I called the restaurant. 20 minutes later, after speaking with the computer robot and then a rep at a call center from another country, I am to believe that the coupons that were available online were not available, unless I made separate orders using one coupon at a time, I have now given up hope on American society. When has it become a thing that I have to negotiate for pizza from a foreign person in a call center to be delivered to my house two and a half miles from the pizza restaurant which I am ordering from. I would be happy to drive there and have dinner on location but that is not an option because there are no tables or seats. Do they make horse socks? Is anybody listening to me? Giving 3 stars because I'm sure the pizza will taste great but it'd be awesome to actually speak to a person working at the same location I'm ordering from.

Horrible delivery experience. Ordered at 5:35 and did not even get the food until 7:12. I live maybe 10 minutes from them as well. Food was not completely fresh. When i ordered the time say 43-53 minutes. NOT just about 2 hours. I would not have ordered. Guess ill order elsewhere next time.
