We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and there was a mix up with a steak for one of the guys in our party. The waitress was quick to try to correct it, but management handled it very poorly trying to charge him for two steaks. To hear management trying to assign blame to someone was very disheartening. Serving larger tables is challenging, anyone who has waited tables knows that. To know that a restaurant would not support their servers and provide good customer service to their customers is pretty sad.

So disappointed after trying this place. We had such high hopes after reading the reviews and drove 45 minutes to check it out. First of all, the atmosphere is terrible. We were in a side room that you had to walk through the bar to get to that was right near the bathrooms. Maybe the main part of the restaurant has a better vibe, but this room was not good. I will say that the steak egg rolls were very good, but that was about it. The ranch dressing on the house salad was super runny and almost tasted like flavored water. We all ordered our steaks medium rare and they were definitely not. They were completely charred and I would venture to guess well done. No pink whatsoever on the inside. Super bummed, especially for fine dining prices. Our waitress was super sweet and the service was ok, but nothing to write home about. Would not recommend. There are way too many steak options with phenomenal food, service and atmosphere to choose from on the Northshore.

Good Svs. Good whiskey. My steak was cooked good but had a lot of gristle in it. Didn’t eat 1/2 of it. The shrimp were great.
