Subway - Hammond

This is by far my favorite Subway! It’s extremely clean, the staff is polite, and the service is efficient. It truly has everything you could hope for from a Subway!

I would give this place a zero if I could. I've had problems here more than once. They offer the bare minimum and the customer service is consistently poor. The manager or owner watched while I stood there making two sandwiches with a coupon in my hand. When I reached the register to pay, I was informed that my coupon would not be accepted because, as he said, "I'm just not taking it." So, I told him to keep both sandwiches and that I'd rather go to the Subway across town, where I've never had any issues. I recommend anyone considering this Subway to go to the one on University instead.

Without a doubt, this is the best Subway in town. Nicholas is incredibly friendly and makes an excellent sandwich!

I had a terrible experience with my sandwich. I ordered extra meat, but the bread was stale and tasted really old. When I called to complain, the guy just apologized and said there was nothing he could do. I will not be returning here again!

We were disappointed with the replacement of the sweet onion sauce. The turkey has changed as well. Subway, I'm no longer satisfied with your food.
