Very good location, despite it always being busy and the parking lot layout is a mess. Good customer service and (knock wood) they have always made our drinks correctly. Would recommend. ??

Disgusting service. Count on waiting 20mins PAST your online pickup time due to workers standing around leaving ONE person to handle weekend orders! Costumer service has been called multiple times to report this Starbucks. I watched a female worker clip her skin on her nails with scissors behind the counter.Worst starbucks.

Took quite a while to get drinks. Heavy on the cinnamon and brown sugar in the shaken espresso.

I couldn’t wait for this Starbucks to be built- it’s so close to my house. I’ve been going to this Starbucks since it opened and I don’t think I’ve ever had a “GREAT” experience. The drive through is horribly slow, it will make you late to work, class, etc. The drinks are prepared according to the Starbucks standard recipes, I would say, maybe 20% of the time. You just really never know what you’re going to get. The shaken espressos are often watered down and with too much milk and the shaken tea lemonades are never made in the shakers and always taste off. I’ve wasted so much money going here, recently I started buying the Starbucks Nespresso capsules and Starbucks syrup to make my coffee at home. I really wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and I don’t know why I go to this store when I’m in a pinch, I am always disappointed.
