Always my favorite JJ spot when I get through the opposite, but I'm a little disturbed that they now ask for a tip when they pay for her. not a fan of tip request on fast food orders because people should be properly paid. it is not our fault that the world is what it is today.

Sandwiches and service in the regular great. Today I tried the beefy black and blue (limited time). it should have Bleu cheese dressing and crumbs of Bleu cheese. my sandwich didn't have a bleu cheese. the dressing tasted like sweet swirl. it was not worth the extra $1.75 for this special limited time combo. inflation and prices rise, so offer what they advertise. if they don't have some contingencies on stock, then they let the customers know or don't offer the product. hype no longer works for some of us.

Ordered my food online at noon the day of asking for it to be at my location at 6pm. I called at 6:05 pm asking where it was? The cashier lady was short with me and said it would be there shortly. I asked if the driver had left yet, she told me no. I asked her how long it would take and she hung up the phone on me.. Can't wait to order food from them again... NOT!!! This happened 10/07/21 at 6:05 pm.

I ordered a sandwhich with ham instead of turkey, no mayo, and no tomato. But it STILL had mayo, tomatoes AND turkey. ??? I am enraged and baffled by this. Truly shocked. How could you mess up that badly? I'll have you know that you have insulted the Official Baroness of Sandwiches. I am revolted. Ugh. So unprofessional. I will be traveling back to Europe IMMEDIATELY. I will not be coming back.

We came in here to get the box combks and you can add a drink for a discounted price. And the manager here didnt knkw what I was talking about and wouldnt discount the drink. Then when i askes to sleak to the manager he said I AM THE MANAGER. I asked for a card so ai could contact the owner an he said sorry you can look online we dont have cards and he laughed. So rude. We wont be back!!!
