Frankie's Philly Steak - Hammond

There is a first and a last for everything. read some of the reviews, seemed like it was a good place because I believed a Philly cheese, but wow I was disappointed. I don't think that the steak was season at all! fries warm but dry I'm sure they're sitting around. yes, good proportions, but what is the point if it is not good? in any case will not come back.

My man and I visit and order through a delivery app from this place often. eating is always fresh, hot and delicious. great portions for the price also. friendly and quick service while visiting. I have cut a few stars tonight (on Sunday, 6 March 2022), because we have ordered via an app (fish sandwich, pepsi, pizzapuff, corned meat sandwich, two orders from regular pommes) and the horned bark sandwich was missing. the delivery app has refunded us, but this is next to the point. we will fall back for a few months and try again.

They forgot to make my food, and they only realized when I stood alone. they were really apologetic and quickly prepared my meal. I forgive that, because we are all human but, eating itself was nothing special. I think I'd be less critical if I hadn't waited for that for so long.

The staff are very friendly but the food always needs some salt, pepper, mayo, etc. After seasoning the food is OK, but the price point is a bit high to be be doctoring up your meal to make it have some flavor.

First time trying this place and the food was very good. Portion sizes are big for the price. If I had one negative it would be the woman at the register wasn't too personalble. But we will definitely go back.
