Buffalo Wild Wings - Hammond

It was very clean, the service was nice and good and drinks.

The service and eating were good. the only thing we saw was that the seats on the stand have to be updated.

I ordered fried pickles. They gave me crusty wedge fries that are fused to the box. I am disgusted.

I went here a couple weeks ago and it was fantastic. My most recent visit was not the greatest. It was busy so I definitely understand to an extent. The waitress rang in boneless wings and we ordered traditional, they fixed the issue quickly with no apology from the waitress. Also, I ordered a beer and she forgot to bring it, I waited about 15 min or so, again no apology. When we got the bill they never removed the boneless wings off the bill so both orders were on the check, so we had to wait again for her to fix the issue. The food was good though.

This location is straight trash. The girl answering the phone was extremely rude. Hung up on me. Snarky attitude.The girl who handled getting our order ready was amazing though. Very helpful. Great customer service.Spotted the manager just aimlessly roaming so I stopped him to let him know what an amazing job she was doing…He made it perfectly clear I was completely inconveniencing him, he could careless what I had to say.We’ve tried several times over the past year to give it “another shot” but every time it’s worse and worse. Will drive out of our way to a location further away before stepping foot inside this one again.
