Want to share a bad experience with Niri Sushi. We had made a mistake when booking and left too few guests. We contacted the restaurant to change this when the error was discovered, we got a clear no that it didn 't work, even though the rest of the room was almost empty. We were discussed into borrowing an extra chair and barely managed to get everyone around the table we had reserved. The waiters were unwelcoming and solution-oriented. The staff were simply rude and unfriendly. During our visit there were 3 empty tables that had reservations at a later time when we were there. We understand that it was us who had made the mistake in the first place, but we can see no reason why the staff would not help resolve this when it was entirely possible to make room for all of us. If the restaurant had been full and it had been busy, we would have fully understood that it would not be possible to fix it. We drove one 's errand to Hammerfest, 4 hours ' drive, to try the famous sushi at Niri 's and are left with a disappointed bunch and a bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The spicy wok we were served was unfortunately very bad (there were several of us who tasted it . The entire court returned. When we left we were told to perhaps order a little less spicy next time. The problem was NOT that it was spicy. It was far too salty/ had far too concentrated(? sauce. Got a 10% discount on an uneaten dish for over 300 kroner. Probably won 't come back.
