2-3 Stunden Lieferzeit ist definitiv zu lange. Sind schon sehr lange Kunden, aber dass niemand mehr ans Telefon geht ist sehr enttäuschend

How can you deal with customers like this after you blew the order? All pizzas were incorrectly occupied and our correct order did not want to deliver to us.
