The staff member with long hair was quite rude to a customer in front of me and continued to speak poorly about him after he left. It seemed like the employees were more focused on chatting with each other than on serving customers and taking care of their tasks. The owner really should pay attention to what’s happening with the staff.
I often feel hesitant to visit this place because it seems like their conversation takes precedence over everything else.
I've visited this coffee shop multiple times this week and consistently order the same two coffees. About 60% of the time, my coffee comes out just right. However, yesterday I had to voice my concerns because I could tell right away that my coffee was made incorrectly. The staff insisted it was fine, claiming it had just been made, but I knew it wasn't up to standard. Eventually, they offered to remake it, but the second attempt was even worse — it tasted burnt and stale, like old, reused coffee grounds. It was disappointing to waste a $6 drink like that. I wish they would consider lowering their prices if they can't afford to hire enough employees who can provide consistent quality service, especially for regular customers like me who visit multiple times a week.
I’ve been to this Starbucks dozens of times. But I will no longer be going back. I ordered my usual cold brew but they were out of cold brew which is understandable during times like this. So I ordered an iced coffee with Almondmilk. My guest with me got a frappe with Almondmilk. The two girls working skipped over my order multiple times so we had to wait and people behind us got our drinks way before we did. Then we both got our drinks after waiting for longer than expected and they were both made with whole milk. Which I cannot drink. They legit have a sign up in front of the store saying “try our non dairy options” but they apparently cannot listen to customers when they order a drink with non dairy.
Seriously, why is the store even open? Some days they do open and other days they don't. They haven't gotten a shipment at the store in three weeks so they basically have absolutely nothing and anything you buy has been sitting there for a month or longer according to the comments they've made. The leader ship at Starbucks is a joke! Don't waste your time going here. They will try to blame the shipping issues, but that seems to be a lie as all the other stores seem to be doing far better and only missing a few items. Shut this place down, Starbucks and their CEO is an awful company in my opinion!
