Mrs. Little's Tea And Toys - Hamilton

This is an adorable shop with a nice teatime menu as well. They offer a variety of changing options for lunch, but you always get some type of soup, sandwich, fruit, and dessert. The owner was friendly and she had a nice selection of specialty coffees and drinks. We had an apple zucchini soup that was honestly not great, none of us ate much of it. We each had a different kind of sandwich and those were all really good; we had a grilled cheese, ham, and avocado. The fruit was as expected and the dessert, a one bite lemon cake, was really quite good (and that is saying a lot because I don't normally like lemon). Overall what you get for the price (around $11) is worth it, even if you end up not liking the soup like us. Note that drinks of any kind are extra.

This shop was a wonder! Really liked the repurposed decor, the food was great, and the toys were not your run of the mill items. We had stopped for the quilt shop, and this was a pleasant additional surprise!
