I give this place four stars because they sell meat like so many food stores nowadays. but in a city that has few options for vegans, this is a great place to take a quick lunch. I had the buffalo tempeh wrap with vegan cheese, and my spouse had the flickfel wrap without yogurt dressing. they are hot wraps, but they are actually paninis. we have also divided some filled grape leaves. everything was delicious. make sure to specify vegan when ordering because even things that look vegan can have milk in them. the people behind the counter were very helpful to make sure our order was vegan. a load like this could do so much good by excluding animal meat from their regals.

This is a business that sells a lot of natural products, and the deli caffe has good vegan options. the staff is very knowledgeable and can help them to select what they need.

Great place with delicious, healthy food. Food is well prepared and always fresh. Customer service, now. My wife says that the Cheeky Monkey and Curry Tofu Combo are their favorite meal on Earth. I don't even like tofu, but I'm actually gonna eat it when I prepare it. That says something! Just what they have to do now is bring back the Spanakopita and open a new Hartford site :

Great local health grocery store and deli. Monica, Heather and Crew offer a welcoming and shared well-maintained place for shopping and food. They have a nice selection of foods and bulk goods as well as a lot of prepared salads, wraps, soups and drinks that are perfect to take away or eat in their café. Your food is also great for catering events. My favorites include the cheeky monkey, the Shiner salad and the cured tofu.

I regularly come from Syracuse and stop here every time. Clean, delicious, whole, vegetarian. People are the best, customer service excellent. Beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. I'm always welcome, well fed and hanging in the café area as long as I need. Top Notch place. I love it here!
