First time there. I would definitely stop there again.

Nasty! Bathrooms smelled awful. No pumps worked. Some random guy was asking for money from people in ty he store and in the parking lot.

Stopped to use restroom and get bottle of water. No toilet paper, bathroom needed cleaning. Completely out of bottled water in cooler, the pop/ice machine was out of order, the slushee machine was out of order. Needs a good cleaning!

I waited in the parking lot but everyone that was in got out and everyone getting gas left, all looked like they got what they came for.

Always horrible service. This time we ordered at 6:20 supposed to be ready at 7:25. When we got there they said it will be ready in 10 minutes. Then in 10 minutes they said they lost the ticket and was looking at the wrong customers order. So they had to make the pizzas. Finally at 8:10 our order was ready. Always a horrible experience at this Caseys.
