Mcdonald's - Hamilton

Ordered my McDonald’s ... waited what felt like forever for it . Received it to the car and realised the fries were missing so had to go inside to correct this .... got it home and food was now cold because I had to wait for fries ... realised nuggets were also missing and the plain burger is in fact not plain and that’s apparently the reason I was waiting in the first place . Now I have to drive all the way back minutes there and twenty minutes back to get it replaced. And this isn’t the first time this has happened ! What are you planning on doing about this? Every-time I come to McDonald’s the order is NEVER right !

Staff so laid back when busy. Waiting minutes for a breakfast is just for fast at all

This place hardly ever have caramel frappe.. I've waited in the queue a few times (drive through) to be told the machine isn't working..... They should mabye put a sign up so I don't need to go all the way through the drive through for nothing..... Or get the machine fixed

The food was delicious and hot and the staff was friendly. My kids loved the festive food.
