Shannon and the amazing team at Weil's did our wedding cake and doughnut tower, and the experience couldn't have been more perfect. Not only did they create doughnuts for us based on what we wanted (and we got to try all of them!), the price was good, the cake and doughnuts were delicious (especially the Skor-chocolate ones) and Shannon was a dream to work with. I could not recommend them more. I wish I could post a photo for you all to see the amazingness that they created for us!

I was organizing a very last minute bachelorette party for my friend (only 7 days notice), and I am not from the city of Hamilton. I stumbled onto Weil's bakery through tripadvisor and google- and checked out their instagram account. I was pretty happy with what I saw, so I called to see if it was too late to ask to make a cake. 1. they were very accommodating and understood my situation. Since it was a very simple cake I was asking for (smallest size, nothing crazy with decorations) they were happy to make it for me!2. the price was totally affordable! I'm from Ottawa, and a cake this size would not be what it cost me at Weil's! 3. It was DELICIOUS and CUTE!!! The cake was moist, icing was delicious- couldn't have asked for a better cake for my friend. would I return? DEFINITELY!

Weil's bakery never disappoints other than on Mondays when they are closed! The cakes are very good and always well received when I purchase them for events. The chocolate chip buns are unreal! They are like a better version of a cinnamon bun. The ginger cookies are also amazing. I could go on and on but I suggest you see for yourself and find your own favourites.
