Tim Hortons - Hamilton

Terrible terrible customer service. The lady named TROLL is the most disgusting server I have ever encountered. She should learn how to respect others. We are paying for the food and not begging to get it for free. She should learn some manners to interact with the customers. Tim's standards are getting low because of their employees. Tim hortons should pay attention towards this and give their employees some training how to serve their customers.

I have visited this Tim Hortons in the past 2 weeks to grab a coffee and use the ladies. First time 8:35pm after purchasing my coffee was told “washrooms are closed until the morning” huh? Tonight, 8:03pm, grabbed coffee, was told “washrooms are closed for one hour because they were just cleaned” huh? Why does this Tim Hortons not allow patrons to use the facilities? This is unacceptable and makes zero sense to paying customers. Do better management

Very clean store with friendly staff. Had what I wanted. Not busy inside so was fast service. I would go back again and recommend to others.

Drive through is fast and service is friendly. There is definitely a sense of urgency by the baristas here.

At night time when i enter the tim hortons i am going to wash my hand i asked to there employee plzz open the washroom they asked me we are not going to open the washroom because our time is near to
