Radius - Hamilton

This was our first visit since they relocated. The food was excellent and so was the service. We had a lovely chat with the owner. We will definitely be returning.

I recently celebrated my best friend's birthday at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While the ambiance and food were amazing, the poor service marred the overall celebration. From the moment we were seated, it became evident that the waiter was not attentive to our needs. This lack of attention made our dining experience less enjoyable. One of the most disappointing moments of the evening was when we requested that the birthday cake be put away for later. The waitress, instead of accommodating our request, gave us an attitude that left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was a simple request that should have been handled with professionalism and courtesy. To make matters worse, when it came time to settle the bill, we waited an exceptionally long time for it to arrive at our table The final straw was when we asked the waitress to add the birthday girl's dinner to our bill, as it was her special day. Shockingly, she made our friend, who we were celebrating, pay for her own drink!! It was an embarrassing and frustrating situation, especially considering we had explicitly mentioned the birthday celebration when making the reservation. Overall, the disappointing service overshadowed the outstanding food at this restaurant which what could have been a pleasant dining experience . We left feeling unsatisfied with the level of service we received, and the mishandling of our simple requests was truly disappointing. It's unfortunate that such a special occasion was marred by these issues. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves its service in the future.

Honesty the new location is gorgeous , the serve Avery was so amazing and so kind , he left us alone to do our thing but then we so observant when we needed something else (drink refill etc) the owner chatted with us about our experience ! The new location does not make you feel like you're in Hamilton, it's very up scale but also a relaxing environment . The food was out of this world and we will be back again very soon! The prices are great and everything from beginning to end was unreal! Thank you

Our first visit to Radius and certainly not our last! My husband and I dined for our anniversary and we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco to start the evening. Food was phenomenal. Started with oysters (small but flavourful) and the goat cheese spring rolls. Portions for the main dishes exceeded our expectations. We had the double bone pork chop and the honey+sumac glazed Salmon, both were delicious. Enjoyed the in house made skillet cookie for dessert which is a must. Appreciate that all desserts are made in house by their Pastry Chef. Service was spot on. Our server was incredible attentive and pleasant. He offered menu suggestions and took great care of us. We are already planning another visit to Radius to try out their nightly specials that are offered through the week. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner perfect!
