Queen's Pizza & Wings - Hamilton

I ordered fried pork balls. they sent fried mushrooms instead. I am allergic to mushrooms, fried, raw or any other combination. no attempt was made to notify me of the change. if they avoid food allergies that this place as you live depends on it. in this case my life did depends on it.

To deliver over 2 hours and after numerous phone calls the order was delivered. I live in an apartment and the driver had the nerve to call me from outside the apartment building so that I go down and get the order from her. I refused and it was finally delivered to my door 2 1\2 hours after the order. the command was wrong. I ordered the pizza with regular crust and normal bag. I have a thin crust pizza, well done.

Ok quality, terrible personal experience and custumer service. order a large pizza with 3 torf, I ordered a large pizza, extra pep and extra cheese. this pizza came no different from her walks. when I called myself, I was met with nothing but argument and attitude. does not go here. pita pizza is better.

Ordered large pizza and 20 wings. Wings were very disappointing with basically a small blob of sauce in the middle of them. The garlic bread was just dry warm bread. We usually go to the store on the mountain but we were passing here and stopped. Never any issues on the mountain.

It was my first and will be last time visiting this place. I ordered the medium pizza and 20 wings combo. Side of garlic bread and veggies. The pizza was dry and feta topping was stale. The wings (honey garlic) were almost all broken (bones) and they were undercooked wings shouldn’t be red meat on the bone good thing about it was that the honey garlic sauce was delicious. The garlic bread was barely more than a bun with a little garlic butter, barely noticeable. The place was nearly empty yet some tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped by previous guests I sat down while waiting for the order. Disappointed as I had told them it was my first visit as I was new to the neighborhood. Definitely not worth the nearly $30
