Paulie's Wings Pizza - Hamilton

Wow, your pizza offerings have really improved! It’s been a couple of years since we last visited, and back then, the pizza wasn’t very good—it tasted like frozen dough. Now, it looks like you’re using fresh dough and toppings! The topping portions were generous, and there was just the right amount of cheese; the sauce was delicious as well. The wings were cooked perfectly and juicy. We tried the mild Buffalo sauce, which was thick and flavorful. I usually don’t like battered wings, but the breading wasn’t too thick at all. I felt I had to order them since everyone else enjoys them! The service was quick, and it was great to take home hot food. Plus, we have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow! Thank you!

This restaurant is a true hidden gem! I've sampled several dishes and have always been incredibly pleased with the quality, portion sizes, and flavors. Every time I visit Hamilton, this is my go-to place to eat.

This little Donair spot on Hamilton Mountain is fantastic! In my opinion, it’s likely the only place in the city that serves authentic Atlantic Donair. The sauce and meat truly capture the taste of Nova Scotia. I can definitely see myself returning here regularly for Donair wraps. The service is outstanding and super friendly. The gentleman at the counter even offered me a small sample of the Donair meat and sauce when I mentioned my family is from Nova Scotia! I was really impressed, and they've gained my loyalty. However, I wasn't too fond of the pepperoni and cheese pizza. The crust was overly thick and lacked flavor, coming off too crispy for its thickness. The sauce and cheese tasted rather bland, reminiscent of something you’d find in a Lunchables, and there just wasn’t enough cheese to compensate for it. The pepperoni was mediocre at best. I just picked up an order today under the name Carrie. We ordered three types of wings, and they were all fantastic! The Sweet Thai wings were especially delicious—my son loved them! I also got a regular Donair, which was not only incredible but also enormous; I had to save half for later! As someone from the East Coast, this was a real treat since it's hard to find here—I’ve been craving it for a few years! We also enjoyed the garlic fingers and crunchy onion rings, and everything was amazing! We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to our friends. Thank you!

Ignore the negative reviews; this place is amazing! The management is super friendly, and the pizza is delicious—truly unique compared to anything else in Hamilton. I’ll be recommending this spot to everyone I know. Keep up the fantastic work!
