Papa Leo's Restaurant - Hamilton

We went to Hamilton for 4 daysWe were looking for a nice restaurant/breakfast place and ever since I tried their eggs bennie and amazing coffee.

It's always packed, meaning that they will rush you out of there the second that your fork starts slowing down.

Papa Leo's was recommend to us for brunch a few years ago, and today we finally decided to check it out.

Decided to visit this restaurant after reading it's great reviews online. Lots of intriguing dishes on the menu, a spin on the classics. Service was good, and the restaurant was always full, usually with a line. We didn't have to wait for a table, but unfortunately were seated at a table full of other patrons. Knocking elbows with the stranger sitting beside you while trying to enjoy a meal definitely makes for an uncomfortable experience. If I return I will be requesting a private table.

We dropped in here looking for a close place to eat lunch. It looked like they were getting ready to close soon but we were welcomed inside. My husband chose the fish and chips and I ordered the Concession street salad. Both were delicious: fresh and crispy salad ingredients and I had a bite of those homemade fries which were amazing. A very pleasant visit and I would recommend it!
