Montana's BBQ & Bar - Hamilton

The staff at this restaurant were extremely welcoming, and our meals were not only tasty but also served promptly. This is a top choice for any family gatherings or special occasions.

Last night, my daughter and I had a disappointing experience at Montana's, but the night manager turned things around in a big way. We decided to grab some nachos at the restaurant around 9 pm on a slow weeknight. The bartender/server was friendly and efficient, bringing our order to us quickly. However, the pulled pork nachos we ordered were lacking in the amount of pulled pork we expected. Instead of making a fuss, we decided to leave it be and not return. But then the night manager came over, acknowledged the mistake, and apologized sincerely. He offered us a discount on our nachos, comped our drinks, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of Montana's BBQ sauce. Despite the initial disappointment, the excellent service we received from the night manager makes us willing to give the restaurant another chance in the future.

We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The staff, especially Cody at the door and Jaydie our server, were welcoming, helpful, and punctual. All the other staff members were friendly and welcoming as well. The Chicken Tacos were light and delicious, while the sizzling Chicken Fajitas were filling and flavorful. We enjoyed the great taste, value, and atmosphere of the restaurant and definitely plan on returning in the future.

Interesting experience today (Jan 1) at 12:15 pm. Waited at reception for over 10 minutes and nobody came. We could hear voices in the back but nobody was watching the front. We left I guess they don't need the business!

I went with a couple of friends on a week night. Brisket is my favorite, soo, I ordered the brisket sandwich. I could have been more disappointed, but not by much. Note to self only order brisket at a 'smoke house ' type of establishment. I upgraded my side to a Caesar salad for $1.99. Not that the salad wasn 't good, it was OK, but honestly $1.99 upcharge for the cup of salad on a plate preposterous!! Won 't do that again, actually, I haven 't been to a Montana 's in about 15 yrs, and hopefully it 'll be 16 yrs before I eat there again.
