Mandarin Restaurant - Hamilton

We had a family dinner to celebrate a special occasion. Food was fresh, well cooked and stocked mostly in timely manner. We tried almost all cousins and kinds; BBQ, Asian/Japanese, American, sea food, etc and got few tours after taste tasting. Paying extra for coffee or beverages still bother me for an AYCE/buffet dining, other than that I'd recommend it.

Wide selection of foods. Very attentive staff. Something for everyone. Others in party made numerous trips.

American relatives came for the Canada Day weekend and a visit to the Mandarin was essential. Wow! Friendly service, spectacular variety of dishes, everyone happy with the experience. The family told us there just is nothing that comes close to this quality anywhere! Staff work very hard to ensure cleanliness and well stocked food areas. There really is something for every taste. We will keep returning.

I ate here with family. Reservation is convenient and not much people at 430PM. Staffs are pleasant and will direct you to your seat. Its a buffet. No take out. You have to finish meal there. Selection is various. Chinese food are common. Main course, desserts and soups are served. It appears fresh, well heated and clean. Utensils and plates are clean. Drinks have additional cost so we got water. Washroom is nearby and clean. They accept credit card. There is a fix cost per person. We ate a lot so its worth it. We tipped.

I have been to Mandarin many times ever since I was younger. The restaurant is buffet style. There is lots of food variety to choose from if you are a picky eater, vegan, or whatever the case may be. There is a soup buffet table, salad buffet, two buffet tables of rice, noodles, meat, veggies, a sushi buffet, meat buffet at the far right corner, and lastly two dessert buffets
