Lou Dawg's Southern BBQ - Hamilton

This is gonna be an odd review and I really struggled with how many stars to give__This place was reeeeeally cool.

Great live music, friendly, humorous staff and an everyone welcome, "local pub" type feel to the place. The sweet potato fries sprinkled with course sea salt and the pulled pork were very tasty but the portions were small. The fish tacos were good but would have been better if the taco shells had been warmed.

Arrived at 7:30 Saturday night , not very busy , we sat outside on the patio and waited for 20 minutes for a waiter. Arrived order drinks and food , didn't have fish tacos , sold out so ordered sliders and poutine. Bins stale , French fries over cooked. Stayed on the patio. ended upjust going to the bar to get drinks and was nice for people watching but won't be back again, too many great patios and food to choose from.

Bad service turned a possible five star to a three star. Our waitress took our order, someone dropped off our food.

Great food. Try the crispy brisket wrap. Yummmmmmm. Good ribs and Excellent wings too. Small place, but super cool. Going to go back in the summer to sit on the patio, which I think is bigger than the actual restaurant. Lol. Check it out for sure
