? Never come back again, We ordered take out.Food is unexpected not authentic…I don’t know why Tom Yum can just taste like water, so plain not much so flavour. Curry as well, not thick enough and quality quantity were pretty bad, I would give 4/10. Don’t know why can Google review be above 4/5?1. Tom yum soup: 1 star, just taste like water, so plain not much so flavour. Regretted so much to get a meal size instead of an appetizer size 2. Crab Rangoon: pretty good but how can deep fried food ever go wrong?3. Curry pad thai: it’s alright4. Pineapple Curry: 1 star; really not thick enough and quality wise is very small, don’t feel enough for 1 person meal. Not worth the price.5. Traditional Pad thai: don’t know, I didn’t get to try this one.6. Fresh shrimp spring roll: good enough, no complaints7. Mango salad: good, mango is quite fresh but again, quantity a bit small.In sum: appetizers are mostly quite good but don’t order the mains!

I have ordered from this restaurant since its opening...years ago. I have to say, the quality is not what it used to be and quite frankly, I have been very disappointed in the quality and taste of food for the past 3 experiences with this restaurant. Today my work colleague and I attended Lotus for lunch-completely disorganized-there was 1 person doing phones, take out, tending to restaurant clients...service was lacking. We both ordered the LEmongrass chicken...chicken was dry and had no taste-there was no lemongrass taste to dish at all..and unfortunately this has been my experience the past 3 times... I mentioned it to the waiter and he took my uneaten dish back to the kitchen to show the chef (odd)..and then came back and said 'ya there is a little bit of lemongrass in dish, we can see it '...anyway, both my work colleague and I had leftovers, and she threw hers in the garbage and is now experiencing 'stomach issues ' as a result of the lunch. Mine also went in garbage. I wont be returning here nor will i seek takeout from Lotus. Disappointing to say the leasts

I ordered take out 1curry pad Thai and 1 red curry with beef. The total bill came to $37.83. Food was tasty but we only had 3 shrimp in pad Thai and very little of anything in red curry. This was disappointing as for the price I expected more., we shared so 1 person got 1 shrimp and other got 2 shrimp. Too much money for what we

So glad I found this place, it's my go to for takeout! The food is always ready so quickly. There's something for everyone on the menu and I really appreciate how well labeled it is, especially for gluten-free options. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.
