East Side Mario's - Hamilton

Stopped in for a tasty little lunch at the Owen Sound Eastside Marios... I've been to many East side Mario's but this place really seems to have it together! The service was unbeatable and the food was thumbs up all around! I was hesitant to order the veal Parmesan sandwich with peppers because I've had so many great versions of this in Toronto but they did not disappoint and even with special requests like hot peppers, they accommodated and I was very happy! Keep up the good work! Zeke

Had east side Mario's for the first time when I went to Owen Sound and it was great! Love their pasta in rose sauce with the Italian sausage!! Their bread was also amazing!! Overall great food and great service, would definitely visit a location near me in the future!!!

I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant. We ordered the soup, bread, and pasta combo that came with unlimited soup and bread. We both ordered soup, but they only brought one out right away and the other person had to wait ten minutes, which I found quite rude. The waitress wasn't very pleasant, but it could have just been an off night for her. When the pasta finally arrived, there was hardly any sauce on it. I pointed this out to her and she seemed embarrassed. She brought me a small mason jar of sauce to add, which helped, but I had to wait another five minutes for it and my pasta got cold. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning to this place anytime soon.

When the hostess/manager seated us, I mentioned that the booth was a bit snug. He responded by saying it was meant for slimmer individuals. The server and food were fantastic, but I suggest finding a new manager.
