We asked about the cross contamination and they showed knowledgeable about the process inside the kitchen. I felt safe enough to lunch there. The plates are big and good to share, also expensive
I was at Baranga's and I was very well attended. I talked to the waiter and the manager about my restriction and they were very understanding. They were aware of the importance of avoiding cross-contamination and attended to me as best they could. There are gluten-free options not many and you need to inform them about the disease "allergy" so that they prepare it separately with the necessary precautions. Meals well served and very tasty! I will be back!
Very aware of Celiacs and GF. Limited options but amazing service and experience with a great view of the lake
Barangas on the Beach lives up to its beach bar name! I finally visited with a friend who had been raving about it for a year and I was not disappointed. The service was excellent, the food was top quality, and the beach views were a bonus. The menu is great, with options like Chicken Souvlaki Pita and Spanokopita. The Souvlaki paired perfectly with a Pina Colada – the chicken was freshly grilled and delicious with the veggies and sauce. I had a fantastic time with my friends and can't wait to go back!
The front desk at this restaurant is incredibly disappointing. It seems to rely solely on its prime location for business. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. This is especially concerning as they are supposed to be the first point of contact for guests. Our server tried their best to improve our experience and was very apologetic for the poor service we received. However, the restaurant needs to address the issues with their front desk staff and management, as the problem seems to go unaddressed and is being covered up instead.
