Wendy's - Hamden

I waited in line for 33 minutes. It's not fair to blame the workers when they were clearly understaffed. This franchise needs to improve their employee management. This is the third time I've encountered the same issue.

I have been to this restaurant twice, and each time they took over 20 minutes for each car in the drive-thru. I don't understand their inefficiency. Who is in charge here? I need answers. They are aware of how many customers they are losing by having such slow service. There were four cars in line in front of me.

I don't know what happened to this wendys. Since they have hired these new young children, it is downhill. Waiting times are exaggerated I would not call it fast at this place ... sometimes they can see how they smoke gras on the side of the drive thru. dear wendys nuggets, but I wish this place was more professional. will never recommend

Down, down, down, not enough cold pommes with greedy meal and dry burger is warm! also 3. visit without baked kartoffels available. at least mc d is consistent

Surely the hallmark of fast food is the ease and speed of the transaction and the accuracy at which your meal is produced. Whether it’s Covid or simply pure incompetence I can’t be sure, but we waited 45 minutes in the drive thru at this “establishment” and they still forgot one sandwich.Guy told us he was the “only person there doing everything” while three other humans clearly milled about behind him. We saw a tray of uncooked biscuits go by behind him and should have bailed then. We waited so long I had to pee, but they locked the doors so no customers could get in. Smart move on their part.We also rate ourselves one star for waiting it out. In our defense they did tell us multiple times that our order was “almost ready”.TLDR: Life’s too short…don’t let the Hamden Wendy’s happen to you. Overall 0/10 stars, do not recommended.
